As we are teaching a wide variety of martial arts, this is a perfect opportunity for you to experience arts that they wouldn’t normally consider, and gain insights from some of the best instructors around into how all of these arts can blend together and work to complement each other
EFFECTIVE SELF PROTECTION SKILLS
There is an underlying Self Defence element to the seminar series and you will get world-class instruction in Geoff Thompson’s very own Real Combat System, from some of Geoff’s longest serving instructors
CORPORATE PERSONAL SECURITY – “The Soft Skills”
To keep a balance with all the martial arts training, you will also receive presentations and handout material of Al’s corporate Personal Security “Be Your Own Bodyguard” material that you can use to deliver your own self defence presentations and courses

30 HOURS OF TRAINING
It will be 6 seminars, 5 hours of training in each seminar
THEMED SESSIONS
Each seminar will include instruction in a specific range incorporating all of the arts we train and teach
GUEST INSTRUCTION
We will host a different guest instructor each month – a specialist in the area of the arts we are focusing on.
FREE PRODUCTS
We will offer free products each month, and will be setting homework – some physical, some not.
PRESENTATIONS
I will deliver aspects of my personal security presentations, normally given to corporate clients on the art of self protection, confrontation management, fear and adrenalin, to name but a few
HANDOUTS & HOMEWORK
You will also get handouts to accompany these presentations.

On trainings we specially include exercises as much as possible approached to a real situation. We train in the mixed fight, that is both we struggle, and we strike blows simultaneously. We practise fighting work standing and in an orchestra. In summertime necessarily we train on the nature. Completely we exclude contactless work, therefore often we use boxing gloves, wooden and usual knifes, and as sticks and other subjects. We don’t adhere to any style as each person should show own individuality as much as possible. On the contrary, we lean against fighting principles of the Russian martial arts.
Was in the army, doing martial arts for self-defense only, not for sport!
