ALEX KOSTIC, SENIOR SYSTEMA INSTRUCTOR
More than 10 years intensive training and teaching at Vladimir Vasiliev’s school in Toronto.
For the first time in Belgium, Aleksandar Kostic, with his realistic, creative and intuitive teaching, will lead a 3 day seminar the Russian Martial Art ” Systema “. Training trips to Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg) expanded his knowledge and experience. At first place that were classes with Mikhail Rybko. While in Russia, he also visited Trappa as learned Slaviano-Goretskaya Borba, fist fighting by Gruntovsky, military style of A. Kadochnikov, and other Russian folk styles. Alex has also big experience in security business.
During the past few years he trained with fighters preparing for UFC, Price, Vale Tudo, NHB and other ‘open style’ competitions. Being philosopher by education and vocation, he is very interested in physical, psycho-physical and Slavic aspect of the Systema approach to life.

We welcome every person who has an interest in Systema. No prior knowledge is required. Participants have to be at least 16 years old.

FOOD AND DRINK
You will have the possibility to order lunch (sandwiches) on Saturday and Sunday morning at the start of the seminar. These will be delivered at the training location.

SEMINAR HOUSE (max 34 people)
The Seminar House is a restored farm house, accomodates 34 people and is reserved exclusively for seminar participants.
Price is 30€ (for Friday night + Saturday night + breakfast) but you have to bring your sleeping bag (and pillow). It will be open on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday morning. It is also the meeting point for the Saturday night gettogether with Alex.
Facilities : plenty of parking space, kitchen, bunkbeds, toilets, showers, sitting area, events area, covered terras,..
For insurance and legal reasons we cannot exceed the limit of 34 people.
We provide basic breakfast (coffee, milk, bread, chocolate spread, marmelade, butter).
Booking : Price = 30€ (for Friday night + Saturday night + breakfast)
No possibility to keep a place on hold (payment = booking) and you cannot reserve only one night (must be both Friday ànd Saturday night).

AIRPORT / THALYS / EUROSTAR / TRAIN / PICKUP
If you arrive by plane in Brussels or by Thalys/Eurostar in Lille, please take the connecting train to Kortrijk and let us know your arrival time (see contact). You will be picked up at the train station. We will arrange transport back to the train station in Kortrijk on Sunday.

I don’t know him directly but I hope to meet him soon, many friends of mine know him and told me that he is a super good teacher!

Alex is one of Vladimir Vasiliev’s first students and has trained with him since 1994. He teaches seminars worldwide, from Scandinavia to Australia. Defintely a teacher to train with.
