    Il Maestro S. Wong
    Laureato in Medicina Tradizionale alla Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine University (Luglio 2001), nel 1996 entra alla Nanjing Tradicional Chinese Medicine University per ottenere il grado di farmacista in Medicina Cinese. Nel 2001 alla stessa università inizia gli studi per il Master in Tui Na 推拿 e agopuntura, e nel 2004 continua gli studi con un dottorato in Medicina Cinese. È un praticante di Jing fang 经方 (una vecchia scuola di medicina cinese dell’epoca Han 汉, e Tang唐), di Guqin古琴(uno strumento a sette corde elemento della muscia antica cinese), studente delle scuole Zhucheng 诸城, Guangling广陵, successore di 4ª generazione dello stile Chen metodo Hong di Taijiquan 洪传陈式太极拳. Capo della divisione internazionale della Nanjing南京 Hong chuan Chen Style Taijiquan. Lavora come medico di medicina cinese a Milano, insegna Tuina 推拿, Shanghanlun 伤寒论 medicina interna, alla Fondazione Matteo Ricci di Bologna, a Milano e a Prato insegna Hong chuan Chen Style Taijiquan.

    Un ricercatore della cultura cinese ed uno studente di Confucianesimo e taoismo. Sino dal suo arrivo in Cina nel 1995, ha studiato differenti stili di Taijiquan con molti maestri, incluso lo stile Yang: la forma nuova (新架) e la Laojia (老架) di Taijiquan stile Chen, dal 2002 ha iniziato a seguire il maestro Xue Bin (薛斌) per apprendere lo stile Chen metodo Hong. Nel 2004 diviene discepolo ufficiale del Maestro Xue Bin, dopo di ché ha iniziato a studiare l’essenza del Taijiquan, la differenziazione yin yang, e la comprensione teorica e pratica dei differenti movimenti, la spinta con le mani etc. Attraverso un unico stile con il Maestro Xue ha raggiunto una più profonda comprensione del Taijiquan.

    ALEX KOSTIC, SENIOR SYSTEMA INSTRUCTOR
    More than 10 years intensive training and teaching at Vladimir Vasiliev’s school in Toronto.
    For the first time in Belgium, Aleksandar Kostic, with his realistic, creative and intuitive teaching, will lead a 3 day seminar the Russian Martial Art ” Systema “. Training trips to Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg) expanded his knowledge and experience. At first place that were classes with Mikhail Rybko. While in Russia, he also visited Trappa as learned Slaviano-Goretskaya Borba, fist fighting by Gruntovsky, military style of A. Kadochnikov, and other Russian folk styles. Alex has also big experience in security business.
    During the past few years he trained with fighters preparing for UFC, Price, Vale Tudo, NHB and other ‘open style’ competitions. Being philosopher by education and vocation, he is very interested in physical, psycho-physical and Slavic aspect of the Systema approach to life.

    SEMINAR HOUSE (max 34 people)
    The Seminar House is a restored farm house, accomodates 34 people and is reserved exclusively for seminar participants.
    Price is 30€ (for Friday night + Saturday night + breakfast) but you have to bring your sleeping bag (and pillow). It will be open on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday morning. It is also the meeting point for the Saturday night gettogether with Alex.
    Facilities : plenty of parking space, kitchen, bunkbeds, toilets, showers, sitting area, events area, covered terras,..
    For insurance and legal reasons we cannot exceed the limit of 34 people.
    We provide basic breakfast (coffee, milk, bread, chocolate spread, marmelade, butter).

    Booking : Price = 30€ (for Friday night + Saturday night + breakfast)
    No possibility to keep a place on hold (payment = booking) and you cannot reserve only one night (must be both Friday ànd Saturday night).

      Alex is one of Vladimir Vasiliev’s first students and has trained with him since 1994. He teaches seminars worldwide, from Scandinavia to Australia. Defintely a teacher to train with.

    Systema Seminar with Andreas Weitzel in Athens, 12-13 September 2009 

    Andreas Weitzel has been training in combat sports (free wrestling) and martial arts (combat Sambo) from an early age, and is been training in Systema for the last 17 years. He was a student of Systema founder, Michael Ryabko, Sergei Borschow and Valentin Talanov and he still trains regularly with them. Antreas is a professional Systema trainer, head of the European Systema Association – ESA) and director of the first Systema school in Germany, the RSMA Academy in Augsburg; in his school, he teaches weaponless self defense and historical European fencing. He is also authorized to travel, teach seminars and represent Systema in Germany and Europe.

    Seminar Content: ground fighting – defense from punches – wrestling – escape from holds – knife throwing.

    Costs: 2 days 120 EUR – 1 day 70 EUR (accomodation available inside the gym for a 10 EUR symbolic price)
